Returns Policy
Saddles can be returned within 5 days of receipt for a refund if in pristine saleable condition you will require an RA (Return Authorisation No) issued from our office by e mail. (info@bodhiequestrian.com).
In some circumstances Bodhi will charge a restocking fee based on the condition of the returned saddle
Used Saddles can be returned within 5 days of receipt for a refund and will require a Return Authorisation No and must be is the same condition as supplied.
If you need to return other items, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
Items authorised for return will require a Return Authorisation No.
Custom orders (Template and special custom colours) are not returnable
Instructions for how to return items will be supplied and freight and other charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address and orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
